About Sharon Jarrett

Joining IBM with a B.S. in Accounting, Sharon held various positions over the next 16 years in Finance, Corporate Internal Audit, Marketing & Sales. Her corporate career includes 5 years of Internal Audit. Where with a proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop strategies to grow the bottom-line, Sharon was quickly recognized as a Lead Auditor.  As a result, she led several complex financial, operational and compliance audits across multiple brands, industries and geographies.

This experience positioned her well to next serve as Global Project Lead for IBM America’s (US, Canada and Latin America) Configured Hardware Rapid Delivery Program. In this role she was responsible for the overall management of daily operations including the successful year-to-year attainment of revenue objectives ($36M), introduction of new products, marketing, customer satisfaction and business controls.

While Sharon found the corporate roles somewhat exciting & challenging from time to time, it was her work as an event professional that she was most passionate about. Coordinating and hosting “timely” Black-Tie dinners for 1000, successful conferences, career expos and national book tours for NY Times Best-Selling authors were the events that she found most exhilarating. As a result, she left IBM in 2005 to pursue her lifelong passion full-time.

Sharon prides herself on professionalism, attention to detail and delivering a high level of customer service to each client. She continues to build her business on relationships and strives to develop long-term partnerships that meet and exceed expectations…every time.
